Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a highly experienced and mission-focused Embassy Intelligence Fusion Officer (EIFC) Liaison Officer (LNO) to support ongoing aviation and intelligence operations in coordination with U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). This role is embedded at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia, facilitating the integration of aviation programs and intelligence efforts.
The EIFC LNO will be responsible for managing the coordination and analysis of intelligence data from All-Source collection systems, ensuring timely processing, exploitation, and dissemination to Government stakeholders. This position plays a vital role in supporting operational objectives under a long-standing contract that has delivered over a decade of continuous support to USSOUTHCOM in areas such as Counter Narcotics, Countering Transnational Organized Crime, C5ISR, and intelligence analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact and support coordination between the U.S. Embassy Bogota country team and USSOUTHCOM aviation programs.
- Coordinate and analyze intelligence data received by the EIFC from All-Source collection systems.
- Process, exploit, and disseminate intelligence products to support ongoing operations under the Task Order.
- Maintain a consistent presence at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá and ensure operational alignment with mission objectives.
- Collaborate with U.S. and partner nation stakeholders to ensure effective integration of ISR capabilities and aviation assets.
Required Qualification:
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Minimum of three years of experience in geopolitical roles within or involving countries in USSOUTHCOM AOR.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in aviation and ISR operations
- Minimum of seven years of experience applying Joint Airborne ISR Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Minimum of seven years of experience utilizing Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities and TTPs employed by modern manned ISR platforms.
- Minimum of five years of experience working with Tier 1 ISR Units or Special Missions Units (SMUs).
