Your Role & ImpactAs an Electromechanical Technician, you’ll be a crucial part of our manufacturing and assembly process, ensuring top-quality aerospace products meet strict engineering standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, assembling and inspecting components that play a critical role in aviation and aerospace technology.
What You’ll Do: Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and inspections.
Operate hand tools, electrical tools, and measuring equipment with precision.
Identify and document product defects, performing necessary rework or repairs.
Maintain an organized workstation and follow strict safety and quality standards.
Lift up to 40 lbs and work in a standing position for up to 8 hours per shift.
What You Need to Succeed: Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred (but not required):
Soldering experience – Certification not required (we provide in-house certification!)
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or aerospace-related work

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
