JOB TITLE: Electronics Assembly Technician 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $22.40/hour

Summary:

Operate, set up, and verify jobs on electromechanical soldering equipment using computer-generated setup sheets.

Monitor the soldering process and report errors or malfunctions to leads and machine support.

Perform light equipment maintenance and maintain a clean work area.

Program machines to meet IPC-A-610 soldering standards.

Ensure quality goals are met and notify team leads of process issues or improvements.

Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, quality-focused work environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

2+ years of experience operating electromechanical or CNC-type equipment.

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment such as pick-and-place, wave soldering, and water wash systems.

Strong attention to detail, accountability for work quality, and a cooperative, dependable attitude.

Must be able to stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Experience with electro-mechanical systems.

Familiarity with basic machine shop equipment.
