Main accountabilities include:
- Comply with the Locations attendance/tardiness
- Investigate customer complaints and concerns regarding fuel facility, facility building and grounds, and fuel
- Clean the interior of the facility building including floors, carpets, rugs, restrooms, showers, windows, walls,
- Dusting areas and disinfecting commonly used items like desks, bookcases, door handles, office tools, phones,
- Wash and clean
- Maintaining cleaning supplies inventory and equipment, placing orders for products with supervisor, when
- Maintaining outdoor grounds, cut grass, edge, trim bushes, sweep roadways,
- Remove debris and snow from Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Preparation to include scrubbing, scarping, cleaning, washing, wire brushing, sweeping, and other duties as directed by Supervisor.
- Follow company and departmental safety policies and Maintaining any required records relating to maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of all aspects of equipment used in the
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of
- Maintain maintenance objectives to maximum reliability and minimize
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess valid US drivers license with a clean driving record
- Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
- Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively
