We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to contribute to strengthening organizational capabilities through the design, implementation, and management of development programs and initiatives aligned with Grupo Aeromexico’s strategic priorities.
This role is ideal for a proactive, structured, analytical, and results-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive high-impact talent development initiatives.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources.
- Experience coordinating learning programs, organizational development initiatives, onboarding, mentoring, early talent programs, or career development plans.
- Experience participating in the management and implementation of Human Resources projects.
- Experience working with metrics, data analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute talent development, training, and learning programs for different audiences across the organization.
- Manage early talent initiatives, onboarding programs, mentoring activities, and career development efforts.
- Coordinate the logistics, communications, and follow-up activities for internal and external development programs.
- Analyze data, program metrics, and results to generate insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of development initiatives through evaluations, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Partner with leaders and internal stakeholders to identify development needs and propose business-aligned solutions.
- Manage external vendors and oversee administrative processes related to talent development projects.
- Monitor and track budgets associated with initiatives under their responsibility.
- Participate in strategic projects related to talent management, organizational development, and skills mapping.
Technical Knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI; Tableau is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power Automate is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Understanding of Talent Development models and practices, competency management, and skills mapping.
