Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist the Head of Legal in handling the litigation matters
- To assist the Head of Legal in submitting the regular report to the authority
- To do the legal research
- To be responsible for the companys corporate permits/licenses and other supporting legal documents
- To liaise with a lawyer, notary, or regulator
Criteria for the Legal Executive position:
- Must hold a bachelors degree in law
- Having an advocate license is preferable
- Must have experience in law, min. 5 years, either in a law firm or company, or a combination of both
- Must be able to speak and write in English fluently
- Must be able to work individually and as a team
- Must be able to work under pressure, willing to travel, eager to learn, trustworthy
