Job Description:
The FHS End-to-end Operations Modeller works as a transversal role across FHS operations functions to support in managing and coordinating transversal process improvements with the objective to improve FHS end-to-end operations performance, leveraging the opportunity for fostering a comprehensive local performance management of all co-localized teams in FHS Malaysia.
Contribute and drive operational processes/interfaces improvements in close coordination with representatives from various FHS Operations departments:Maintain up-to-date knowledge in FHS operations processes
Identify gaps in current processes with a focus on transversalities and dependencies between operations functions
Perform detailed analysis using applicable methodologies (Value Stream Mapping [VSM], six-sigma DMAIC, lean or equivalent) to identify improvement areas
Propose process improvements and engage the relevant FHS Operations departments for review and validation
Ensure the improved processes are documented and updated accordingly in FHS Operations process referential
Drumbeat the implementation of process improvements with the relevant departments including communication and training as necessary
Monitor and measure performance improvements with agreed metrics and clear reporting
Drumbeat the contribution of FHS Malaysia teams to operational issues management to ensure timely resolution:
Participate to related forums and meetings (Component Issues Management [CIM], Safety Management System [SMS], local KPI review meetings and other related forums)
Perform detailed analysis on FHS Operations KPIs (such as supply chain abnormal statuses, …) on specific areas in close coordination with MRO Solutions Manager
Obtain and consolidate operational issues from various sources
Drumbeat and support post-mortem analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), identification and implementation of corrective actions (CA) with the relevant FHS Operations functions
Communicating lessons learnt to relevant FHS Operations functions
Implement program-focused Operations reporting
Ensure trainings on transversal processes with the applicable FHS Operations departments in close coordination with the training/operational excellence functions in each department:
Identify training and refresher training needs from process improvement initiatives and operational issues management and propose to FHS Operations departments
Organise and facilitate cross-department trainings related to transversal processes and global trainings that are applicable to all FHS operations functions
Ensure timely training execution, follow up, and monitor effectiveness of trainings delivered
