How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The part time Flights Ops Support role provides support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Air Lines Flight Training & Standards. This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support candidate should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Program Manager - Client Operations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS:Provide curriculum; compliance; or training support to Flight TrainingPartner with Flight Training support teams to complete project tasks as assignedProvide guidance to project tasks as assignedModify or create new training materials when neededTrack individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leadersReview standard procedures and provide feedback on changesSpecific duties as assigned by Flight Training management

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Experience developing technology-based training or performance solutions preferred. Experience analyzing, designing, and implementing e-learning programs for air-carrier pilots preferred. FAA Pilot or Ground Instructor certificate preferred. Able to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently enough to demonstrate flexibility, high stress tolerance, and strong decision-making skills.Interacts with departmental and client leadership in accordance with the Delta “Rules of the Road
