Summary of Essential Duties
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of Contour Airlines three aircraft hangars and corporate office.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for hangars, office spaces, and critical infrastructure.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ensuring all equipment is operational and compliant.
- Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and improvements, working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and cost-saving measures to optimize energy efficiency and operational costs.
- Supervise facility contractors, cleaning crews, and vendors to ensure high-quality service and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with airport authorities, operations teams, and corporate leadership to align facility management with business needs.
- Ensure all aircraft hangars meet operational standards, including proper storage, lighting, safety and accessibility.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
