Summary of Essential Duties

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of Contour Airlines three aircraft hangars and corporate office.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for hangars, office spaces, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ensuring all equipment is operational and compliant.
• Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and improvements, working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and cost-saving measures to optimize energy efficiency and operational costs.
• Supervise facility contractors, cleaning crews, and vendors to ensure high-quality service and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with airport authorities, operations teams, and corporate leadership to align facility management with business needs.
• Ensure all aircraft hangars meet operational standards, including proper storage, lighting, safety and accessibility.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
• Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software.
• Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal history records check.
• Must understand, read, and write English.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in industrial settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing aircraft hangars, airport facilities, or large-scale commercial properties.
• Familiarity with FAA, OSHA, TSA, and aviation industry regulations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple locations.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance contracts.
