Job Description
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for assisting with facility repairs and maintenance. This role involves performing regular checks on facility equipment and surroundings, escorting vendors as necessary, stocking supplies, and aiding in inspections of outside structures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with facility items and repairs as they arise.
- Perform weekly and monthly checks on facility equipment and surrounding areas.
- Escort vendors in and around the facility, including designated AOA areas such as snowplowing, mowing, and deliveries.
- Stock facility supplies and assist in inventory management.
- Run parts and supplies for the facility.
- Aid in inspections of outside structures and utility services.
- Assist with the use of contractors and vendors for facility repairs as required.
Essential Skills- Facilities management experience.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in aviation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Willingness to assist with a wide range of requests and needs.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanor with great sales and customer service skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
