Join a Team That Keeps Operations RunningWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to support facility operations and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and working across multiple systems to keep operations running efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems and production equipment
Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and leaks
Monitor and maintain systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and alarms
Ensure fire safety systems are functional and compliant with local codes
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs using CMMS
Perform general facility upkeep including painting, patching walls, flooring repairs, and office moves
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external service providers
Prioritize daily work orders and communicate progress, delays, and updates to management
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
Create purchase orders (POs) and requisitions (PRs) for materials and supplies
Participate in safety training and follow all safety procedures
Equipment & Technical ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment and integrated systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
Support PLC systems, vision inspection systems, and motor controls diagnostics
Assist with installation and modification of new and existing equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
Maintain equipment records and work orders within a CMMS system
Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of facilities or maintenance technician experience
Experience working with automated equipment in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of PLC logic, motor controls, and vision systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between buildings required)
Work EnvironmentClean room and manufacturing environment
Standing and/or sitting for extended periods
Frequent use of computers or touchscreens for work order tracking
Occasional lifting (up to 35–50 lbs)
Minimal travel (less than 5)

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
