About the RoleAs a Fire Alarm Technician, you’ll install, maintain, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial locations. Your work will help ensure systems are reliable, code-compliant, and performing as designed to protect people and property.
What You’ll DoInstall, test, and commission fire alarm systems
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codes
What You BringRequired:
Proven experience installing and servicing fire alarm systems
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire safety codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and time management abilities
Preferred:
NICET certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with multiple fire alarm system manufacturers
Background in commercial or institutional projects (e.g., hotels, universities)

Pay Details: $21.00 to $29.00 per hour
