We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic college-level intern to join our Flight Operations team working closely with the Chief Pilots Office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aviation operations and contribute to the success of a global cargo carrier.

• Assist the Chief Pilots Office in daily flight operations tasks and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with flight operations personnel to coordinate flight schedules, crew assignments, and aircraft maintenance activities.
• Conduct research and analysis on aviation regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of flight training programs and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with flight crew members, maintenance staff, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support during flight simulations, training exercises, and emergency response drills.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to flight operations.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in aviation and a desire to pursue a career in flight operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Hourly Range: $20.25 - $28.00

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
