Be a Vital Part of the Flight-Ready TeamAre you passionate about aviation and ready to bring your A&P expertise to high-impact aircraft projects? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Flight Readiness Technician to support modification and maintenance of the 787 and 777 aircraft in Victorville, CA.
In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the safety, performance, and compliance of aircraft that serve global missions. Whether youre performing mechanical system checks or loading software in the flight deck, your work will be essential to getting aircraft back in the sky—faster and better than ever.
What You’ll Do Day-to-DayPerform Service Bulletin installations, system functional checks, and modifications on 787 and 777 aircraft
Troubleshoot and maintain various aircraft mechanical systems
Execute software loading and flight deck operations across multiple models
Maintain a clean, FOD-free workspace and follow strict safety protocols
Operate equipment including boom lifts and scissor lifts
Support 787 Storage Program as needed (additional training provided)
Work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 35 lbs
QualificationsRequired:A&P Mechanic Certification (preferred, but not required)
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
In-depth knowledge of commercial aircraft systems and operations
High School Diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work first or second shift, plus occasional OT and weekends
Ability to stand for long periods and meet physical demands of aircraft maintenance
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:Experience in avionics, structures, or interior systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of aircraft systems

Pay Details: $34.99 to $51.27 per hour
