DescriptionThis HR Business Partner at United Airlines involves possessing specialized expertise in their field, enabling them to guide others through complex problem-solving. They operate autonomously and may take on leadership roles for functional teams or projects, leveraging their knowledge and skills to drive initiatives forward.
Key Accountabilities:
- Human Resources Strategy and Governance: Recommending HR strategy inputs, analyzing data, and driving change initiatives.
- Business Partnership and Support: Providing advisory support, resolving queries, and ensuring diversity in HR plans, supporting policy implementation challenges.
- Talent Management: Guiding talent and performance management processes, communicating with leaders on long-term activities.
- Performance and Employee Relations/Engagement: Monitoring complex employee relations and managing sensitive cases.
- Organization Development and Change Management: Delivering HR programs, interpreting policies, and engaging in development and succession planning.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
