We are looking for an HR Business Partner, to deliver extraordinary experiences for our people. As an HRBP, you will collaborate closely with the business leadership to create and implement initiatives regarding people strategy, talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, among others, to leverage business goals while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement across the organization.
This role is ideal for an analytical, fast-learner and agile individual who understands how to drive exceptional employee experiences and support strategic business goals.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree or MBA desired.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
- As HR generalist, knowledge in people processes or development of people strategies.
- In the execution of high-impact Operational or Corporate HR projects.
- In international/global companies is a plus.
Skills to succeed:
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity.
