Job Title: HR Recruiting Coordinator
Statement Summary: The HR Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the
recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring
a smooth hiring experience. This role is essential in helping the company attract and hire top talent
while ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process.
Essential Job Functions:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone, virtual and on-site interviews.
- Ensure interviewers have the necessary information and materials for a successful interview
- process.
- Manage communication with candidates, ensuring they are informed and engaged
- throughout the recruitment process.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, as needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure
- accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a
- seamless transition into the organization.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with orientation activities as required.
- Assist in planning, preparation and execution of recruiting and Human Resources events.
- Participate in developing new business processes relating to recruiting and Human
- Resources.
- Attend and actively participate in job fairs, community events, and other recruitment-related
- activities to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Process I-9 documentation and verify employment eligibility through E-Verify in
- compliance with federal regulations.
- Provide coverage to other HR coordinators including reception.
- Manage department supplies inventory and replenishment.
- Facilitate internal employee movements, including transfers, promotions, and role changes, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function

required.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred but not required.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and HRIS platforms is a plus.
Physical Demands
Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform and accomplish tasks. Ability to lift and
carry up to 35 lbs.
Mental Demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to both office and
plant environments. May be exposed to odors, chemical agents, dust, fumes, gases, sharp objects,
hazardous or moving equipment, wet slippery floors, and extremes in temperature and humidity.
Interacts regularly with various staff and employees, and occasionally with vendors, suppliers,
community members and regulatory agency representatives.
Travel and overtime are required when necessary.
