JOB PURPOSE
- Lead the Vigilance department in conducting thorough investigations of all security incidents, coordinating closely with the Security Operations team, and maintaining oversight across all stations through gathering intelligence and surveillance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES
- Conduct investigations into all incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities, ensuring comprehensive report submission to senior management and relevant authorities.
- Work in tandem with the Security Operations team, facilitating a centralized control room setup to enhance security measures and incident response times across the organization.
- Handle cases of theft and pilferage from initial detection to resolution, employing effective strategies to mitigate such occurrences.
- Lead the effort in intelligence gathering and maintaining vigilant surveillance across all stations to preempt security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Compile and issue periodic vigilance reports, detailing surveillance findings, incident investigations, and actionable insights to bolster security measures.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead the team and provide direction on execution / implementation of tasks by prioritizing functional and organizational goals accordingly.
- Build a strong and motivated team, ensure the right people are in place to foster positive team spirit and facilitate teamwork across the function.
- Assess the performance of all direct reports, encouraging effective collaboration and hold them accountable to various KPIs/SLAs.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent & reporting Manager.

Airport Authorities | - Collaborate extensively with the Security Operations team, Regional Managers -Security Operations & Head- Fraud Prevention to ensure alignment of security efforts and resource allocation.
- All internal and external stakeholders on case-to-case basis.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum Education requirements | - Graduate or equivalent.
- BCAS Certified Aviation Security Professional (CASP) preferred.

- 12+ years of experience in Aviation Security operations, with a focus on vigilance, investigations, and surveillance.

- NCC Background is preferred for security.
