We’re looking for a Head of ERP Operation & Integration to join our team in Copenhagen and play a critical role in ensuring the stability and evolution of Satair’s SAP OEM environment.

What the job is …

As Head of ERP Operation & Integration (ASDCO), you’ll report to the Head of SAP & Master Data Management and lead a global team of internal colleagues and subcontractors. Your mission is to safeguard and strengthen our SAP operations, with a clear focus on service delivery, vendor management, and integration excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the global SAP Operations & Integration team, fostering a high-performance culture and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Own the operational excellence of Satair’s SAP OEM environment and its integrations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

• Drive industrialization of SAP services through lean processes, evergreen technology, and effective vendor management based on the SIAM model.

• Establish and maintain efficient ITIL-based support processes, including 24/7 capabilities and structured incident handling with thorough root cause analysis.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, licensing, and regulatory requirements, and align with Airbus policies and operating standards.

• Support strategic transformation initiatives with solid operational expertise and contribute actively to the broader digitalization agenda within Satair and Airbus.

Travel days to be expected: A limited number of travel days may occur in relation to collaboration with Airbus and vendor meetings.

How you will contribute to the team

We&39;re looking for a strong people leader — someone who not only manages but inspires. You’re motivated by impact and long-term results, with a calm and consistent approach, even in high-pressure situations. You bring a structured mindset, combined with a pragmatic “can-do” attitude, and you naturally build trust through predictable, high-quality delivery.

You should have solid experience in:

• Leading global IT or SAP operations (preferably in an outsourced or SIAM setup)

• Vendor and service delivery management (ideally based on ITIL)

• Driving cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment

• Operationalizing digital solutions in complex environments

• Information security and general IT governance

Experience with logistics processes is an advantage.

Fluency in English - both written and spoken — is essential.
