As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services across our international, fast-paced, and complex aviation environment. Leading multiple core teams—including HR Services & Administration and Payroll—you will drive operational excellence, enhance employee experiences, and implement scalable, compliant solutions. Youll also spearhead transformative initiatives that align with our people strategy and ambitious growth plans.
We will entrust you toLead payroll operations, set quality and compliance benchspans, and ensure accurate, timely delivery through effective team leadership
Define HR service delivery targets, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvements to drive efficiency and elevate the employee experience
Set and maintain compliance standards in line with Latvian and EU legislation; work closely with internal and external experts to proactively manage risks
Own and maintain the framework for personnel manuals and procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and legal alignment
Lead large-scale, complex HR projects, particularly those involving system upgrades, HR tech implementations, and organizational change initiatives
What you will need to succeedMinimum 3 years of leadership experience in HR operations, preferably within a shared services or high-volume environment
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, personnel taxation, HR data management, and compliance
Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction in HR service delivery
Solid understanding of complex legal and regulatory environments, with emphasis on EU and Latvian labor law
Strong project management skills, especially in leading HR technology implementations and process transformations
Excellent analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail
Collaborative mindset with a people-first, solutions-oriented approach
High resilience under pressure
Excellent Latvian and very good English skills, both written and spoken
