Head of Talent & Learning
The role will be required at our Luton Airport office 60 of the month according to our hybrid working policy.
This role will be open until Friday 3rd January at 9am and your application will be reviewed after this point.
About Us
We are easyJet – a FTSE-100 listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.
We fly more than 1,000 routes, connecting 35 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.
It takes a real team effort to run an operation as big and logistically complex as ours – and regardless of where you join us, no one day will ever be the same. One thing that does stay the same though is our people. They are energised, positive, inclusive, united by purpose, ready to meet problems head-on, and they have your back. We’re here to win together. We call that our ‘Orange Spirit’. It’s what makes our teams fun to be a part of and what brings us together.
An Outstanding Opportunity
As we embark upon our next phase of growth and success, easyJet are now seeking a Head of Talent & Learning to take our Talent, Learning, Leadership, Performance and Early Careers agenda to new heights!
Reporting directly to the People Experience Director you will be responsible for designing, implementing and over-seeing comprehensive programmes aimed at nurturing talent, enhancing colleague skills and building our leadership culture across the organisation.
About You
You will be an accomplished and passionate Talent leader, with a natural inclination towards joining an organisation that prefers to move at pace and loves to develop talent from within. Energised and inspired by the opportunity to have a real impact, you’ll love the idea of stepping into a role with plenty to build and create.
Naturally, you will have a breadth of experience across the Talent spectrum, ideally encompassing Talent Development, Learning, Leadership, Performance and Early Careers. An established leader in this space, you will bring the requisite knowledge and impact to influence colleagues from across the business and supercharge our efforts across the Talent agenda.
