Job Summary
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a passion for people, culture, and making a positive impact. This paid summer internship will support the Human Resources department for Summer 2025. As an HR intern, you’ll work closely with our team, assisting with various tasks and gaining hands-on experience in a career development environment.

Job Responsibilities
Perform administrative activities in support of the Human Resources department, assisting with assignments from various HR areas
Contribute to the execution of projects and organizational objectives when asked
Maintaining employee data in HRIS system, verifying employment and other duties as assigned
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as employee engagement, recognition events, committee initiatives, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations
Perform and promote all activities in compliance with all Federal and state laws and policies of the company
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across a diverse culture
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
U.S. Citizenship required.
