As our IT & Communications Solution Architect, part of our Central System Design team, you will be at the forefront, connecting those who protect. Working in diverse and international projects, you&39;ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate our Agnet MCX Mission Critical solution to customers&39; specific needs.

As a valued member of our team specializing in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around the responsibility for the adequacy and compliance of the proposed Critical Communications Solution with customer functional and operational requirements, in bids and projects phases.

Your overall mission is to define end-to-end solutions based on Agnet, our Mission critical team communication application, for on-premises projects and the Agnet SaaS offering.

You will design the architecture, dimension the technical specifications as well as IT configuration, master data strategy. You will also be responsible for installation and integration of the Agnet solution into the customer IT environment.

Besides that, you will be involved in the process of creating business rules of technical documentation for customer projects.

In bid phase, you will be the technical lead in charge of defining, designing and presenting the technical solution. You will also be responsible for estimating the cost of the detailed design and of the integration and deployment phases. 

As part of a team dedicated to the Public Safety market segment, your key focus will be customers in the Public Safety environment. 

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Let’s talk about you – who is set to thrive in this position?

In this role, we need a seasoned IT & Communications Solution Architect who excels in complex IT environments and System Architecture.

You have experience  (at least 3-5 years) in:

• complex IT environments and System Architecture,

• scripting and in automation and application performance management. 

• automatized cloud roll-out solution and tools to industrialize it

• DevOps & Supervision Tools : Ansible, Gitlab, Teraform Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana 

You have solid understanding in:

• virtualization techniques and hypervisor environments

• Awareness of security threats and corresponding security know-how.

• 4G/5G network architecture  (nice-to-have)

This role demands:

• a Master’s degree in IT or Telecommunication

• strong system-level troubleshooting skills, creative mindset, and ability to identify and fix high-level scalability and performance issues. 

• a strong customer focus

• analytical by nature, highly organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks 

• ability and willingness to work as a team player in a highly collaborative and fast-evolving international environment 

• to be fluent in spoken and written English
