Are you our new IT Consultant?
Join our dynamic IT team at Norwegian and play a crucial role in managing and supporting our technological infrastructure. We are looking for an IT Consultant for a 1-year temporary position, with start up from 01.05 at the latest.

In this role you will:
- Be the 1st level support for internal end users
- Prepare, install, and maintain all data, PC and mobile devices for end users
- Prepare, update and configure the workstations
- Keep printers, computers and meeting room equipment updated and under control
- Answer requests by email, phone, and personal attendance at HQ, FBU
- Support and knowledge off Office 365, AD, OKTA, Windows OS
Qualifications:
- Experience delivering service to large companies
- Experience at Help/ServiceDesk
- Higher education is advantage
Personal skills:
It will be important in this position that you are able to speak and write English very well. You need to have good communication skills and be customer- and service oriented. This while having a good technical understanding so to help solve problems that arise.
