Perform all operations necessary for the handling of materials, receiving and shipping of goods in accordance with the quality requirements outlined in the warehouse management procedure.

• Know and apply the provisions of the Warehouse Management Procedure, and the documents referenced therein.
• Perform goods receiving operations (unloading and unpacking) for incoming packages;
• Perform goods acceptance operations (incoming);
• Manage documentation of incoming goods;
• Provide identification, registration and storage of goods in the appropriate department/warehouse and in the company management system, depending on product coding;
• Manage the physical and managerial handling of materials, inbound, outbound and within the warehouse areas;
• Manage the preparation of material required by assembly departments (including kitting) and other company areas.
• Perform packing and shipping operations for goods including managing documentation of outgoing goods as per company procedures.
• Identify and manage any Non-Compliance for material/documentation, both incoming and outgoing;
• Participate in the physical counting of goods during warehouse inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work environments.

• Comfortable when working with deadlines
• Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations of export
• Previous experience in warehouse activities of 3 years
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures (according to AS/EN 9100)
• Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• English Language (written and spoken): B2 or greater
