You will be the Industrial Program Security Representative for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for providing multi-disciplined program security support.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Industrial Program Security Representative, you will be responsible for providing security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with customer expectations and applicable security policies and directives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing multi-disciplined program security support for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program
  • Supporting all aspects of program security, including personnel and physical security, policy guidance and research, classification and material control, subcontractor security management, inspection readiness, Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements, security education, and partnership with program management
  • Developing creative security solutions to meet mission requirements
  • Serving as the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin, as well as customer and subcontractor sites

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.


Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
- Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners
- Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, presentation and analytical skills are required
- Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, ICD 705
- Experience working DoD Special Programs or Industrial Security disciplines
- Ability to work independently when required and be a team player
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
