Function as a member of a team of Classified Cybersecurity professionals in support of Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) in Orlando FL.

In this role, you will:
- Assist the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in overseeing day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations for multiple program areas.
- Carry out your technical expertise in technical administration of the IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Ensure compliance with contract security specifications, customer governing requirements and LM security policies.
-Perform weekly auditing of the IS and continuous monitoring requirements to validate configuration and processes are in accordance with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, and assist in regulatory periodic risk assessments.

Other responsibilities include ensuring consistent implementation of compliant and cost effective security solutions, evaluating and articulating recommendations to management, and interfacing with program management on Cybersecurity initiatives and activities. Consult on the design, development, integration, and analysis of classified computing systems with the programs and ISSM. Assist with self-inspection reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
•Final in-scope Secret Clearance
•Possess a valid certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8140 basic foundational requirements (Security+, GSEC, CAP, CASP+)
•Demonstrated technical experience for Windows and Linux operating systems
•Knowledgeable in Linux command line
•IS Windows and Linux auditing experience
•Knowledgeable of Windows and Linux operating systems security requirements
•In depth experience in system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management
•Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools
•Must be a team player, self-motivated, and a quick learner
•Possess the ability to work with multiple customers, and must be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships
•Possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, organizational, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated technical experience with Splunk Enterprise, Tenable Nessus, Network Firewalls, and/or McAfee Endpoint
Security IA security tools
• Demonstrated technical experience for network device operating systems
• Previous experience working with NISPOM requirements, NIST SP 800-53 controls, and RMF implementation
• Final in-scope Top Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
