The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Information Technology Business Partner (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Everett, WA; Seattle, WA; or Renton, WA.
As a Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Information Technology (IT) Business Partner for Supply Chain & Wisk, you will represent the entire Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization while integrating IDT&S disciplines, products and services to enable Supply Chain & Wisk.

Position Responsibilities:
Collaborates directly with Supply Chain & Wisk stakeholders, to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
Partners with functions, business success leaders, and Product leaders to ensure continuous alignment with enterprise and business unit priorities and key business outcomes
Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function
Ensures performance to plan across key strategies and transformation initiative and maintain senior executive level communications regarding priorities and value delivery
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
Experience developing and executing comprehensive IT roadmaps
Experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience interacting with mechanics and functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, etc.
Experience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that includes engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality
Experience with Project and Product Management
Experience dealing with a variety of users, from mechanics and techs to Vice Presidents of Programs and manufacturing
Experience putting key initiatives into operation that have produced significant productivity and efficiency gains for an organization or program

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $102,000 - $138,000
Summary pay range for Senior: $120,700 - $163,300
