Tasks
In our Transformation Office, we support the organization in achieving our strategic goals. We are looking for you as an active support and full team member for the topics of corporate culture and communication. The range of tasks is diverse and includes, among other things
- You support the design of creative communication and cultural development formats and contribute fresh ideas
- You maintain and expand our intranet presence - including the creation of appealing image and video material
- You support the creation of convincing presentations
- You prepare workshops, webcasts and discussion rounds together with us in terms of content and organization
- Your ideas are in demand! You research trends in cultural development and corporate communication and actively implement them
- You keep an overview: Monitoring measures and costs is also part of the job

Requirements
To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- A background in economics, communication and PR, spaneting, psychology, human resources, strategy or similar
- Initial practical experience gained through internships or part-time work
- A structured way of working and reliability that sets you apart
- Creativity, curiosity and a passion for communication and corporate culture
- Ability to work both in a team and independently with a lot of initiative
- Confident handling of the common MS Office products
