Legal Associate / Paralegal Full-Time Consultant $46.26/hr Remote

We’re hiring a Legal Associate / Paralegal for a 6-month consulting role supporting a leader in advanced aerospace solutions. This is your opportunity to play a key part in global corporate governance, making a tangible impact on one of the world’s most critical industries—aviation and defense.
About the RoleAs a Corporate Governance Paralegal – Entity Management, you’ll be instrumental in managing and maintaining the integrity of global legal entities. Reporting directly to legal professionals within the Legal, Contracts, and Compliance team, your work will help drive compliance, organization, and excellence across Collins’ expansive international footprint.
This remote-friendly role operates on a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM schedule anywhere in the U.S, and pays $46.26/hour.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDraft and review corporate governance documents (resolutions, by-laws, proxies, etc.)
Manage legal entity data: directors, officers, addresses, etc.
Support cross-functional teams with legal documentation and transactions
Coordinate document notarization, authentications, and state/government filings
Maintain the global entity database (GEMS), minute books, and corporate registries
Prepare and manage internal delegations, signature authorities, and MA&D documents
Liaise with external legal firms and negotiate fee arrangements
Assist with post-acquisition integration and special projects
What We’re Looking ForBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR
Advanced degree with 5+ years, OR
No degree but 12+ years of experience
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing global corporate governance in a legal firm or multinational corporation
Notary Public or willingness to become one
Strong database and digital record-keeping experience

Pay Details: $46.26 per hour
