Position Summary

Assign, supervise and control the processes of assortment, receipt of finished product and shipment to all customers, optimizing the human and material resources available, under the procedures and policies of the Company with the aim of achieving the goals of the Companys billing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

More specifically but not limited to, you will:  

• Responsible for the receipt of materials and accommodation of materials, imported and manufactured.  
• Responsible for the locations and storage of the materials.  
• Responsible for the scheduling of delivery routes of invoiced materials.  
• Responsible that all assorted material goes well identified.  
• Responsible for coordinating the different activities for the inventory taking

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.  
• 2 year experience in a similar role  
• Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  
• CTPAT and NEEC  
• JDE Software  
• Import-Export knowledge  
• Inventory and Quality controls 
• Business English
