The Position:
We’re looking for a motivated, driven, and collaborative Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Tools and Automation Team. This team builds and maintains complex internal applications, developing both back-end and front-end software using Agile/Scrum methodologies. You’ll play a key role in enhancing application performance, designing intuitive UIs, and delivering reliable, efficient solutions that scale with our business needs.
Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will:
Maintain and expand the functionality of existing applications through strong software development practices.
Design and implement new, efficient React components for application UIs.
Create and maintain unit tests while ensuring test coverage through the CI/CD pipeline.
Enhance, optimize, and improve the efficiency and robustness of the existing software framework.
Document requirements and designs in engineering tools such as Jira and Confluence.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React or Angular.
Proficiency in SQL queries and data modeling.
Experience with shell scripting on Linux.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience writing front-end code in TypeScript and React.
Working knowledge of at least one relational database engine.
