You’ll work across North America, performing urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery operations, ensuring world-class business jets return to service quickly and safely.
About the Role
This high-impact position is designed for experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians who thrive in fast-paced, mobile environments. You’ll travel extensively, work independently, and take ownership of urgent maintenance needs—making a direct difference in keeping advanced aircraft mission-ready.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
Document work in compliance with applicable manuals, regulations, and company standards.
Support multiple maintenance disciplines including avionics, structures, and composites.
Perform mechanical and electrical removals/installations.
Conduct aircraft return-to-service procedures at off-site locations.
Maintain monthly audits of MRT truck, tools, and equipment.
Serve as Delegated Inspector (DI) when qualified.
Remain on-call for rapid deployments, often within two hours’ notice, for assignments up to 30 days.
What You Bring
FAA Airframe & Powerplant License (required).
Minimum 3 years’ aircraft maintenance experience, including work on large-cabin business jets.
Strong troubleshooting skills with clear, professional communication at all levels.
Basic hand tools with proper inventory control.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
Ability to work independently, outdoors in varied weather, and on irregular schedules (weekends, holidays, overtime).
Experience with aircraft return-to-service and inspection procedures.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
