Primary Job Duties
Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support pathway team and SkyWest, Inc. entities by managing swag inventory, securing approvals, catering, and shipping for large and small recruiting and similar events.
- Participate in organizing, coordinating, and scheduling recruiting events for SkyWest, Inc. entities
- Collaborate with department recruitment teams and pathway teams to determine needs for events
- Coordinate swag allocation and communicate with designated point person for events, e.g., confirm addresses, account for items, quantities; and ship swag, flyers, banners, and other items as needed
- Problem-solve logistics issues surrounding any event or related shipments
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications to ensure brand alignment and consistency and secure brand approval for events
- Coordinate all aspects of swag inventory, shipping, and catering in company scheduling software
- Regularly audit event calendar & schedules to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with business partners to evaluate needs and coordinate shipments to ensure event needs are met
- Data entry, evaluation, and auditing
- Research and propose solutions to enhance data management and other processes
- Attend and participate in SkyWest recruitment and industry events as needed
- Provide support with fact finding, research, and ad hoc projects as needed
- Any other projects or duties as assigned.
