Personal Assistant

Morson Talent are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to work on the behalf of one of our prestigious Aerospace clients based in Yeovil, Somerset. This is a contract of 12 months.

This is an exciting role for someone to act as our Engineering Personal Assistant. This role is unique as it is a mix of a PA role and Administration completing a team of 8. You will report to the Business Control Manager who you will work for but provide a daily part time PA role to the UK Engineering Director comprising of:
- Daily diary management for the Director and his direct reports on an ad hoc basis.
- Room and hospitality bookings.
- Travel bookings.
- Ordering of stationery and Submitting sap requisitions.
- Wi-Fi requests.
- Fielding phone calls.
- Presentation collation.
- Security bookings for visitors as well as meet and greet.
- Issuing of Technical Documents into SAP.
- Maintain Health and Safety registers.
- Ad hoc administration tasks.
Experience/ Skills required:
- Experience with SAP and Concur is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Experienced PA or someone with a PA background would be ideal.
- Highly organised and use to dealing with people at all levels.
- Highly trustworthy.
- Willing to adapt and take on any administrative tasks.

Custom working is available, 4 days onsite and 1 day a week WFH.
