Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1+ year of hands-on experience using tools and following work instructions
* Eligibility to obtain a security clearance after the start of the assignment
* Flexibility to support 2nd and 3rd shift schedules
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Willingness to work with beryllium and other regulated chemicals as required Preferred Skills
* Hands-on experience inspecting parts, components, assemblies, or finished units
* 1+ year of soldering and assembly experience with electronic or mechanical components
* 1+ year of experience using handheld and power tools in a manufacturing environment
* Experience reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications
* At least 1 year of experience performing precision work under a microscope Job Duties & Functions
* Assist with the disassembly of system components to support the correction of failures or the implementation of engineering changes
* Support troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults and repair defective components
* Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components to ensure compliance with specifications
* Fabricate and modify aerospace products in accordance with engineering drawings and technical requirements
* Assist with safe handling of aerospace vehicles, including jacking, towing, and basic system operation activities
