PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Production Workers to support manufacturing operations for natural gas distribution products. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals with recent manufacturing experience to contribute to a high-quality, safety-focused production environment.

Position Overview
As a Production Worker, you’ll operate manufacturing equipment, assemble components, and perform inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards. You’ll work under direct supervision and follow established procedures to support daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble, test, and package natural gas line products using machinery and tools
Perform equipment setup, minor adjustments, and operator maintenance
Verify materials and tools before and during production
Conduct measurements and visual inspections for quality assurance
Accurately report production, quality, and safety data
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Transport and stage materials throughout the manufacturing process
Participate in continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and productivity

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (within the last 12 months)
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
Basic math skills for recordkeeping and measurements
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (required)
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and stand for the duration of the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Shift & Schedule Details

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM ET

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
