Responsibilities
- Track and manage the lifecycle of IT assets, from initial purchase to disposal.
- Data reconciliation by comparing and verifying information across systems to ensure data integrity, data accuracy, and data consistency.
- Perform IT procurements.
- Coordinate project tasks, deliverables, and monitor progress.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and communicate any potential risks or delays to the team lead.
- Perform document management for security network projects.
- Perform data entry into the lifecycle tracking system.
- Track and report on the status of material requisitions and the status of shipments.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Outlook), and SharePoint.
- Experience with IBM Maximo functional is preferred.
- Good communication and writing skills are essential.
- High school diploma plus five years of related experience or Bachelor’s degree plus one year of related experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Strong time management and attention to details.
- Possess strong organizational abilities.
- Clearance: Minimum DoD Interim Secret Clearance is required.
- Candidate must reside within 50 miles of the Nation Capital Region (NCR)/ Washington DC.
