Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the organization and maintenance of HSE records and documentation
Updating safety data sheets
Documentation of recurrent tasks and internal HSE processes
Helping to prepare HSE-related presentations and training materials
Inputting HSE data into spreadsheets or management systems (e.g., incident statistics, training records, inspection checklists).
Accompanying HSE managers or specialists during routine workplace inspections
Supporting the department with instruction planning and follow-ups
Taking notes and photos during inspections
Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas for HSE-related discussions
Conducting research on relevant HSE regulations or best practices
Competences:
Technial studies (HSE area) are prefered
Google sheets/excel knownedge
Communication abilities
English (medium)
