We are currently seeking a Bilingual Reservations Agent to join our team in Moncton, NB.

Job Duties:

• Quote fares and book flights for customers;
• Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;
• Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;
• Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding;
• Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures;
• Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;
• When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs; 

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required
• Bilingual (French and English)
• 1+ years of customer service experience is required
• 1+ years of technical support experience is preferred
• Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
