SENIOR SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Job Description:
- Work as link between the sales force and the sales support team to develop and implement strategies and action plans to grow and support sales revenue targets.
- Support in handling all communication related activities for our leisure and corporate segments for Austria and Slovakia
Represent Emirates at sales meetings, customer events and functions.
- Prepare visual material for meetings and travel trade events and fairs.
- Use all technologies available to spot new sales leads and sales opportunities.
- Provide the sales force with account performance reports and point out opportunities and deviations.
- Handle various administrative sales-related tasks such as the preparation of sales calls, set-up and handling of customer contracts and databases, customer telephone support, etc.
- Handle sales and reservation related requests
- Seek continuous learning opportunities to anticipate and understand customer needs.
- At all times undertake activities in a manner which protects the Emirates Group image, revenue stream and increase sales opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience or a university degree in business administration/transportation management/tourism/marketing
- Excellent proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Dotmailer is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient use of E-mail, Internet, visual presentation, statistical presentation.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
