This position will be accomplished IAW U.S. Government and Company requirements. The candidate will work closely with the Customers, Security leadership, assigned Program Management and staff. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program are accomplished in an acceptable manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesu202F

u202FMaintain good working relationships with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers
Provide physical security support services and apply the concepts and principles of physical security to protect personnel and assets. This includes the assessment of site facilities for compliance and identification of vulnerabilities, and the application of a broad range of active and passive mitigation measures to achieve security-in-depth using DoD and other applicable guidance and directives
Responsible for instituting, maintaining, and enforcing classified area requirements and associated documentation (e.g., DD Form 147/Fixed Facility Checklist)
Review Statements of Work (SOWs), oversee installation, troubleshoot, manage and maintain UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), automated Access Control Systems (ACS), camera systems, and manage the access control lists for all classified areas; conduct necessary briefings and training prior to access
Support oversight of all classified areas/operations/information systems and classified and controlled unclassified information/material, ensuring compliance with applicable government and company policies and procedures, includes maintaining classified material accountability records to include inventory lists, receipt and transmittal records and final disposition/destruction documentation
Provide facility security administration, documentation, and management support: implement Security Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP); manage inventory of accountable holdings in accordance with the policies and procedures; prepare and submit status reports; administer and manage classified destruction program; Maintain accountability of classified material
Safeguards classified documents, review Security Classification Guides, review classified materials for appropriate markings, complete material receipt records, and ensure compliance with protection requirements
Familiarity with FOCI restrictions, mitigation agreements and operations under DCSA directed agreements (e.g., SSA, AOP, ECP, TCP., etc.) and assist with Export Control tasks to include development of TCPs
Demonstrated knowledge in the preparation, issue, maintenance, and adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254 for both prime and subcontracts
Provide back-up support for Visitor Control, clearance processing, Foreign Visitors, and e-fingerprints
