The role we are offering you:
Greet people at the security office
Provide administrative support to the entire security team, including tasks related to:
1. Amex
2. Controlled Goods Programs and PSPC Contract Security Program
3. Translation
4. Report production
5. Access card management
6. Correspondence
7. Meeting planning
8. Supplies management
9. Filing
10. Any other related tasks
Coordinate the overall fingerprinting process required for security clearances.
Manage all employee files (opening, updating, closing).
Our ideal candidate has:
College diploma or professional certification in secretarial studies, or an equivalent combination of training and related experience.
1 to 3 years of experience u2022 Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Good attention to detail, teamwork spirit, flexibility, tact, diplomacy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time management; autonomous and responsible.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) u2022 Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
