This position will be assigned to the LM RMS Special Access Program (SAP) Security team at Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA. Duty will be to support operations at the F-35 Pilot Training Center (PTC) SAP Facility (SAPF) and as assigned, at other F-35 SAPF locations connected to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Wing (JSFW). In order to support mission requirements, incumbent may be required to work at different locations during 1st or 2nd shift or during a non-standard work schedule that differ from the primary shift for which they were hired.

Under the direction of the LM Site Security Manager, the Security Rep is responsible for:

- Physical security of PTC SAPF and/or other JSFW SAPF.

- Escorting uncleared personnel in the SAPF, controlling access and badging to the SAPF, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to the SAPF.

- Providing assistance and support for classified meetings and may provide Security briefings.

- Performing other duties as necessary including random entry and exit checks as well as roving patrols.

- Will be hired to support primarily 2nd shift but mission events may require any and all other shift scheduling to include weekend work.

This position is located at Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA.

Must be able to communicate effectively and interface with customers with professionalism.

Other duties as assigned up to and potentially including site activation and possible travel (less than 10). While this is primarily a 1st Shift position; it is mission driven and critical events may require work on different or extended shifts.

Specific work location will be in the JSFW SAPF on NAS Lemoore or in a F-35 duty location as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
4. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate.
5. Familiar with working in classified environments and with classified materials.
6. Previous Special Access Program security experience.
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
8. Excellent customer interface and service skills.
9. Basic knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705, and associated Technical Specifications.
Desired Skills:
1. Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.
2. Familiar with and at least one year experience working in Special Access Program environment.
3. Prior experience generating and maintaining Fixed Facility Checklists in support of special access programs in accordance with JAFAN 6/9/ ICD 705.
4. Database experience, Access, SIMs etc.
5. Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and handle dynamic environments.
6. Experience working on a military installation.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $63,500 - $119,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
