The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Onboarding Analyst to join the team in Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; or Seattle, WA.
We are seeking a Senior Information Technology (IT) Onboarding Analyst to join our Technology Governance and Optimization team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the profiling and onboarding of Boeing’s entities (e.g., subsidiaries, lab environments, etc.) and their associated technologies into our centralized system of truth. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of IT landscapes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring compliance within the established governance frameworks. The idea candidates will be instrumental in maintaining an accurate and comprehensive view of our IT ecosystem, which will allow proper identification of risks and support data-driven decision-making.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with Boeing environment focals to complete technical profiling specifications, including discovery and source systems used to manage assets and services across unique environments (e.g., labs, data centers, enterprise and non-enterprise networks)
Develop environment blueprints and connection patterns for system integration to ServiceNow system of truth following security and threat model specifications
Translate technical program requirements to functional and business leaders
Management of ongoing technical pre-requisites required to implement and deploy system connections, including identification of issues and risks to completion
Monitor connections and completion of asset records by source system
Regularly monitor stakeholder engagement and communication
Identify process improvements for acceleration and maintenance of onboarding processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience in an IT role
5+ years of experience in IT Governance, IT Operations, IT Service Management, and/or IT audit
5+ years of experience with management of data and documentation
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with all levels from individual contributors to executives
3+ years of experience in deploying IT asset management tools and configuration management databases (CMDB)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, a related field
10+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), collaboration tools (like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
5+ years of experience in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
5+ years of experience working in IT discovery patterns, development and implementation

Summary pay range: $129,200 – $187,450
