Description:We are Lockheed Martin
Serves as the Aeronautics Fort Worth co-lead for employee engagement and community outreach, including workplace giving, volunteerism, and charitable giving. Manages day-to-day operations of Aeronautics nonprofit organization, AeroCARES. Oversees a portion of Aeronautics Social Impact portfolio, including philanthropic grants, event sponsorships, and employee volunteerism.

Basic Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility and/or nonprofit development
• Experience with corporate grantmaking
• Event planning, organizing and execution with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with a diverse employee population and members of local communities, including C-suite executives and senior community leaders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or commensurate experience
Desired Skills:
• Experience with database management (e.g. CyberGrants, Raisers’ Edge)
• Confidence when presenting to, and communicating with, large groups of employees, including executive leadership
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under deadline pressure with employees at all levels
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of corporate social responsibility/social impact, employee engagement and communications
• Proactive, enthusiastic, highly organized and results oriented, with a strong sense of follow-up and closure
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
