Jeppesen, a subsidiary of The Boeing Company, is one of the largest software development companies in Gothenburg.  At Jeppesen’s office in central Gothenburg, we are now looking for Software Developers. Here you will work in a one-of-a-kind software development organization with solutions that make a real difference to people around the world. Today we use a variety of tools and technologies. To give you a flavour, we mainly do development in C++ and Python. We use GoCD and Jenkins to keep track of our releases and pipelines. When we are not working with our own solvers, we use 3rd party solvers from FICO (Xpress) and Gurobi. Our products run on a Linux & Oracle environment, and we are now exploring how modern cloud architecture can improve the customer experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Being a good team player with a curious mindset and with a sense for quality.

  • Care about code quality, its performance and test coverage and Interest in cloud solutions, we work DevSecOps.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of working with software development and programming

  • Coaching team members

  • Ability to speak and write English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • MSc or BSc in Computer Science / Physics Engineering / Industrial Engineering or other equivalent Programming experience

  • Networking and IT security

  • Experience with Boeing Products
