Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission
The job holder will be responsible for Airbus Finance Risk and Compliance support:
Be part of this new team mixing IT specialists and Business/Compliance Managers,
Your mission is to support Airbus&39; Risk and Compliance Systems Department to fulfill his roles & responsibilities.
You will be exposed to current cutting-edge risk and compliance management tools and innovative projects within and outside Finance functions in an agile environment.
Liaise with other Stakeholders in Compliance and Internal controls and in the Finance Operations
Deploy a set of controls on the various business flows of Airbus entities worldwide
Support audits/internal controls review on existing solutions.
Tasks & accountabilities:
Develop a framework designed to make Airbus IT internal control landscape more robust using SQL custom queries
Internal control recurring review and support audits/internal, review on existing solutions
Support auditors’ requests (extractions, collection of evidence, definition of action plans and follow-up)
Find with the existing team axes to improve
Deploy a set of controls on the various business flows of Airbus entities worldwide
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Degree or first experience in Finance / IT
Graduate up to 2 years of experience
Experience in SQL Development / programming
Good understanding of Business Processes in the Finance area (R2R, P2P, O2C…)
Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Customer oriented and team spirit
Fluent in English
Hana Studio & Compliance tools such as: data analytics, sap bis are a plus
