What You’ll Do:

  • Be an integral part of a team that embraces lean principles and 5S practices to continuously improve processes and products.

  • Master the art of brazing and soldering, including setting up and operating specialized equipment, performing inspections, and ensuring dimensional accuracy.

  • Use your expertise with hand tools, measuring devices, and blueprints to craft high-quality assemblies that meet exacting specifications.

  • Dive into advanced techniques like induction soldering, Veeco testing, and hot water leak testing, while maintaining certifications like NADCAP and torch soldering.

  • Collaborate across departments, cross-train in various areas, and support manufacturing operations with flexibility and adaptability.

  • Share your knowledge by mentoring less experienced team members and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

  • Handle hazardous materials responsibly and maintain safety standards, including passing an annual eye exam specific to your role.

What You Bring:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, along with basic math, computer, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, blueprints, and process sheets.

  • A solid understanding of heat control principles, acid and fluxes, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

  • A desire to grow and develop in a self-directed, team-oriented environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in a teaming environment or operating equipment like blasters and air leak fixtures.

  • Structural solder inspection certification or other relevant certifications.
