What You’ll Do:
Be an integral part of a team that embraces lean principles and 5S practices to continuously improve processes and products.
Master the art of brazing and soldering, including setting up and operating specialized equipment, performing inspections, and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
Use your expertise with hand tools, measuring devices, and blueprints to craft high-quality assemblies that meet exacting specifications.
Dive into advanced techniques like induction soldering, Veeco testing, and hot water leak testing, while maintaining certifications like NADCAP and torch soldering.
Collaborate across departments, cross-train in various areas, and support manufacturing operations with flexibility and adaptability.
Share your knowledge by mentoring less experienced team members and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Handle hazardous materials responsibly and maintain safety standards, including passing an annual eye exam specific to your role.
What You Bring:
A High School Diploma or GED, along with basic math, computer, and communication skills.
Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, blueprints, and process sheets.
A solid understanding of heat control principles, acid and fluxes, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
A desire to grow and develop in a self-directed, team-oriented environment.
