Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Quality
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate specializing in Quality and Traffic. This role involves managing a comprehensive inventory of aircraft parts, ensuring they are fully accounted, inventoried, and repacked as needed. You will utilize an SAP-based ERP system to support tasks that may involve tight deadlines to support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
Responsibilities
- Manage import/export documentation and track shipments using FedEx, UPS, DHL kiosks.
- Perform quality inspections of incoming and outgoing aircraft parts to ensure compliance with documentation and quality standards.
- Support the inventory, storage, scrapping, and resale of commercial aircraft parts.
- Inspect packaging and overall shipment to ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
- Enter data into ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.
- Operate a forklift approximately 10 of the time to move materials around the warehouse.
- Assemble and verify shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality requirements are met.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of warehouse experience.
- 1+ years of detailed data entry experience on computers.
- Experience with ERP systems and data entry in a warehouse setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
- Experience with aircraft parts and quality inspection is advantageous.
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures is beneficial.

Work Environment
The position is based in a warehouse setting with a significant amount of time spent standing. The office area is modern and well-maintained. Employees will operate Toyota sit-down propane forklifts, with training provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
